Shrimp, Curry and Chutney Dip
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup chutney, large pieces chopped finely
- 1 tablespoon curry
- 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Soften cream cheese.
- Stir all ingredients together.
- Serve with crackers.
So nice to have anything with shrimp at a tailgate. The chutney gives this dip an unusual twist.
