Tangy Cole Slaw
Serving Size: 10
- 1 head cabbage, coarsely shredded
- 1 green pepper, finely chopped
- 12 baby carrots fincely diced
- 1 tablespoon or more red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup or more Mayonnaise
- celery seed to taste
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- Coarsely chop cabbage.
- Add chopped green pepper and carrots.
- Sprinkle with red wine vinegar.
- Add mayo and toss well.
- Add celery seed, pepper and salt to taste.
- Chill until ready to serve.
