PAT’S OLIVES

Ingredients

• 1 jar queen pimento-stuffed olives
• 1 large block cream cheese
• finely chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Soften cream cheese a bit.
2. Drain olives and pat dry.
3. Cover each olive with cream cheese.
4. Roll in finely chopped pecans.
5. Store in refrigerator to make slicing easier.
6. Cut in half.  Serve with the cut side up.  The olive shows in the middle.These look like you really worked hard—but you didn’t!  And people love them!Go Gators!
