PAT’S OLIVES

Ingredients
- 1 jar queen pimento-stuffed olives
- 1 large block cream cheese
- finely chopped pecans
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese a bit.
- Drain olives and pat dry.
- Cover each olive with cream cheese.
- Roll in finely chopped pecans.
- Store in refrigerator to make slicing easier.
- Cut in half. Serve with the cut side up. The olive shows in the middle.These look like you really worked hard—but you didn’t! And people love them!Go Gators!
