My mom’s recipe for potato stuffing, an old Pennsylvania Dutch recipe, is ready and waiting for the oven. Click here for Uhlma’s Potato Stuffing
Wishing you and yours a wonderful Thanksgiving celebration.

Thanks to Dave & Kathy for hosting a pre-Thanksgiving dinner for our family this week. As always the food and entertainment was great.
We had a lovely time as always! Now on to the turkey.
Happy Thanksgiving
Kathy, I want to try your mom’s potato/stuffing recipe next time. Just to be clear: You simply pour dry stuffing (12 oz. bag?) into the potatoes? You do not make the stuffing per package directions and then add it?
Thanks. Carson
